Our turnarounds depend on complexity of thumbnail and approach. On average, we deliver within 24-72 hours.
With Standard package you only get designs from us. No copy for title, no help with ideas, just design.
With Pro package you'll get full video packaging. We help you write the title, brainstorm sketches, and design the thumbnail for your video. This comes with an additional expert "Strategist" who will do all the prework for the designer.
That's usually not the case but if it does happen, you can request as many revisions as you want.
Important to note that revision does not include complete thumbnail remake.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results. Although packaging is an important part of a video's success, it's not everything. There are too many other variables at play that are not in our control like editing, storytelling, ideas, market, etc.
